The Brief
Courtside in Raipur demonstrates how hardscape design can organize diverse outdoor activities within a single landscape. The project integrates driveway, parking, and pedestrian connectors through distinct paving systems that respond to different performance needs—strength for vehicles, permeability for sustainability, and softness for pedestrian movement.

Design Approach
Each zone was carefully designed using a specific paving solution. Verde Vista permeable pavers form the parking area, allowing rainwater to percolate directly into the ground. The transition spaces are articulated through organically shaped Piano Pebble pathways that weave between courts and social areas, creating a fluid pedestrian experience. Together, these systems demonstrate how modular paving can adapt to functional requirements while maintaining a cohesive landscape identity.
