The Brief
At Dharampura Farmhouse, ISTAKA designed a landscape that integrates sustainability with everyday functionality. Rather than treating hardscape as a static driveway, the project introduces permeable paving systems that actively manage water while maintaining the structural strength required for residential vehicular use

Design Approach
The driveway uses VerdeValerio grass pavers arranged in a 90-degree herringbone pattern, creating a breathable surface that allows rainwater to return directly to the soil. As the landscape transitions into the arrival forecourt, CorbuCobble pavers laid in a radial pattern introduce a composed architectural moment. The combination creates a layered landscape where ecological performance and spatial experience coexist seamlessly.
