"A Surface That Breathes. A Design That Endures"
Pushpganga Farmhouse is a large-scale residential landscape where sustainability, engineering, and design converge. Spread across multiple outdoor zones, the project demonstrates how permeable paving systems can resolve water management challenges while creating visually rich outdoor environments.
The driveway uses permeable CorbuCobble pavers in Subtle Ash and Earthen Mist, allowing rainwater to percolate directly into the ground and eliminating the need for drainage infrastructure. The entry court introduces Quadra pavers in a Moroccan-inspired composition, while Gradino steps and Brikweave transitions guide movement between levels. Each zone uses a tailored paving strategy, coordinated carefully between architect, contractor, and ISTAKA’s design team to ensure performance and visual coherence.
